Agreement

As a participant in the ZimbOriginal Refer & Earn Program (Program), you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. Please read the entire Agreement carefully before participating.

Your participation in the Program is solely to refer people to our Library and receive a reward in return. By signing up for the Program, you indicate your acceptance of this Agreement and its terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility

Participants and referees must be over the age of 18, and comply with Zimbabwe's applicable laws and regulations.

2. Approval or Rejection of Participants

We reserve the right to approve or reject ANY Program Participant in our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for rejecting you.

3. Referral Process

• On signing up, a coupon code will be sent to you.
• You must share your coupon code with people you wish to refer to our Library.
• The people you have referred must sign up and make their payments using your coupon code (this is how we track referrals back to you), in order for you to be eligible for the reward.
• When a person uses a coupon code on payment, they will receive a 25% discount. This applies to the annual plan only.
• As the referrer, once your number of referred customers reaches 5, you are now eligible to receive a cash payment of USD$5 for each customer you refer. There is no upper limit on the number of customers for which you can be rewarded.

4. Rewards

Rewards will be paid out once every two weeks, via Ecocash. Rewards will only be earned on Library subscriptions that have been successful.

5. Termination

Your status in the Program may be suspended or terminated for inappropriate statements (false claims, etc.) or fraudulent transactions.

In addition, ZimbOriginal reserves the right to remove any participant at any time, for any violations of this Agreement, or any other reason.

6. Liability

We do not make any express or implied warranties with respect to the Program and/or the subscriptions or products sold by ZimbOriginal. We make no claim that the operation of the Program and/or our website(s) will be error-free and we will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.

7. Term of the Agreement

The term of this Agreement begins on your admittance into the Program, which will be indicated by the coupon code assigned to you, and will end when your coupon code ceases to be active.

The terms and conditions of this agreement may be modified by us at any time. If any modifications to the terms and conditions of this Agreement are unacceptable to you, your only choice is to terminate your participation. Your continuing participation in the Program will constitute your acceptance of any change.

8. Indemnification

Participants shall indemnify and hold harmless ZimbOriginal and its related parties, from any and all liabilities, damages, fines, judgments, claims, costs, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees and costs) arising out of or related to any and all claims sustained in connection with this Agreement due to the negligence, misrepresentation, failure to disclose, or intentional misconduct of the participant.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Zimbabwe.

10. Program End Date

The Refer & Earn Program is valid up to December 31, 2024, or until otherwise specified by ZimbOriginal.

11. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

The Agreement is an electronic contract that sets out the legally binding terms of your participation in the Program. You indicate your acceptance by proceeding to participate in the Program.
